Southerland, C. J.:

The essential questions presented are two:(1) Is an order denying a petition to suppress evidence under 11 Del. C. § 2310 a final judgment from which appeal lies to this Court?(2) If so, did the Superior Court have jurisdiction to grant the relief sought by the petition?

The facts are these:
