OPINION OF THE COURT

ALDYKIEWICZ, Judge:

A general court-martial composed of officer and enlisted members convicted appellant, contrary to his pleas, of attempted larceny and larceny in violation of Articles 80 and 121, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 880, 921 (2006) [hereinafter UCMJ]. The panel sentenced appellant to a bad-conduct discharge, confinement for twenty-four months, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, and reduction to the grade of E-l.
