Plaintiff, Doyle Vacuum Cleaner Company, brought an action against defendants herein claiming that they were responsible for damage to plaintiff’s building. In December 1972 a ten-day jury trial was had. The jury returned a verdict of no cause of action in favor of defendants. Thereafter, plaintiff moved for a new trial claiming errors had occurred in the instructions, the disallowance of certain rebuttal testimony, and by comments of the trial court which were prejudicial to plaintiff, and that the verdict was contrary to the great weight of the evidence.
