Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Kavanagh, J.), entered April 3, 2000 in Ulster County, which, inter alia, granted defendants’ motions for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.
In 1999, after defendant County of Ulster acquired title to numerous properties as a result of real property tax delinquencies, the County treasurer was authorized to sell the properties at public auction.
