Respondent was admitted to practice by this Court in 1990. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1981.

By judgment dated March 22, 1994, issued by the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, respondent was found guilty, after a jury trial, of multiple counts of mail fraud (18 USC §§ 1341, 1346), one count of bribery (18 USC § 666 [a] [2]), and one count of racketeering in violation of the RICO statutes (18 USC § 1962 [d]; § 1963 [a]).
