Pending before the Court is defendant’s Motion to Dismiss, or in the alternative, to Transfer to the Western District of Michigan. The plaintiff, Gary Savage (“Savage”), filed a complaint alleging that defendant BioPort Corporation (“BioPort”) is liable for negligence, breach of warranties, and strict products liability related to a product called anthrax vaccine absorbed (“AVA”).
