MEMORANDUM OPINION ON TRUSTEE’S MOTION TO STRIKE JURY DEMAND

I. Introduction.
This Memorandum Opinion addresses whether a demand for a jury trial made by one of the defendants should be stricken. The Court issues this Opinion to underscore the time-consuming and oft-confusing analysis that many courts (including this one) have undertaken in arriving at a decision on whether to strike a jury demand.
