LaTanya Andrews appeals her conviction for bribery and conspiracy to defraud the United States on the ground that the government failed to disclose exculpatory evidence to her in a timely fashion, in violation of her rights under Brady v. Maryland, 373 U.S. 83, 83 S.Ct. 1194, 10 L.Ed.2d 215 (1963).
