Dorothy Siano (claimant) appeals an order of the Workmen’s Compensation Appeal Board (Board), affirming the referee’s dismissal of Siano’s fatal claim petition for com pensation filed on behalf of her deceased husband Litzer Siano. We affirm.

Claimant originally filed a fatal claim petition for compensation on October 17, 1985, concerning the death of her husband, who was doing carpentry work at Dileo’s Restaurant on October 19, 1982.
