The appeal in this case is from a decree of the Circuit Court for Howard County which (1) declared void and accordingly annulled a Land Instalment Contract between the appellant, as vendor, and the appellees, as purchasers, (2) required the appellant to account to the appellees for the difference between the total amount paid by the appellees under that contract and the fair rental value of the premises during the period when they occupied the property, and (3) provided for the sale of the property in question, if necessary to enforce the…
