— Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Farlo, J.), rendered October 14, 1982, convicting him of manslaughter in the first degree, upon his plea of guilty, and sentencing him to an indeterminate term of imprisonment of 8 Vs years to 25 years.

Judgment affirmed.
