This action was commenced by the above Plaintiff as administrator of Adam O. Campfield, deceased, and the complaint averred that, on the 24th day of April, 1855, an action was commenced in the Supreme Court, by said Campfield, since deceased, under section 206 of the Code, against Philip II. Dedrick, who was then sheriff of the county of Schenectady, and Isaac Vedder, also deceased, as Defendants ; that said Campfield claimed to he the owner of certain personal property, in said complaint in that action particularly specified, and that said Dedrick and Vedder, as he alleged, had…
