SMITH, District Judge.

These cases raise the question of the validity of the method followed under the Selective Service Act of 1948, 50 U.S. C.A.Appendix, § 451 et seq., in determining the sincerity of claims of ministerial status and conscientious objection. In re.gard to the ministerial claim, in each case where ministerial status is claimed, evidence as to the extent to which the registrant was engaged in secular and ministerial work was before the Boards.
