This action in negligence was brought by the plaintiff, Frank A. Yetner, against the defendant, Remington Coal & Lumber Company, to recover- for injuries sustained by reason of a collision between two motor vehicles on Reservoir Road in the town of Burrillville on January 7, 1958. After the trial in the Superior Court, the jury returned a verdict in favor of the plaintiff Yetner in the amount of $15,000.
