I. INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff Christopher J. Ware (“plaintiff’), who proceeds pro se, filed this lawsuit alleging violations of his constitutional rights pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 19831 and raising supplemental state claims for actions taken during the investigation of a suspected break-in at plaintiffs residence following the triggering of an alarm system. A bench trial was held November 20 and 21, 2013.
