Pursuant to the Texas Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act (“TUFTA”), the trial court, after a bench trial, rendered judgment for E.G. Henderson and Betty Henderson, setting aside allegedly fraudulent real estate conveyances by Charles Duran.
