National Life Insurance Company (National) has impleaded Mrs. Naomi N. Bauer (Widow) and Maryland National Bank, Trustee (Trustee), and has paid into the Registry of the Court the sum of $11,500.00, being the proceeds of a life insurance policy on the life of Crestón H. Bauer, deceased, who died January 31, 1964. The impleaded defendants dispute the question of whether the Widow, the named beneficiary, is entitled to all or any part of the proceeds of the insurance policy, or whether the Trustee, who was trustee under a pension plan pursuant to which the policy was…
