In an action, inter alia, for specific performance of a contract for the sale of real property, the plaintiff appeals, as limited by her brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Erice, J.), dated August 11, 2006, as denied that branch of her motion which was for summary judgment on the cause of action for specific performance.

Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
