This is a suit to annul the last will of the late Maurice Feitel. The will is dated June 7, 1934, and purports to be a nuncupative will by public act. It was probated a§ a nuncupative will by public act. The plaintiff, Mrs. Selma Samuel Hunt, is a niece of the testator, and is suing as his heir at law.
