This is an appeal from the decision of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review, which concluded that the claimant was eligible to receive benefits in the amount of $16 per week under the provisions of Section 404 (a) of the Unemployment Compensation Daw of December 5, 1936, P. L. 2897, as amended, 43 PS §804 (a).
