GLADNEY, Judge.

Claude N. Lacy sues herein to recover total and permanent disability benefits under the Louisiana Workmen’s Compensation Act, LSA-R.S. 23:1061 et seq., alleging injury as a result of an accident sustained on December 10, 1954, while engaged in the course and scope of his employment with Miller & Company, whose compensation . insurer was Employers’ Mutual Liability Insurance Company of Wisconsin. By a supplemental pleading plaintiff alleged at the time of the accident he was also employed by Phillips Petroleum Company, and made that corporation a co-defendant. Following trial on…
