—Appellee brought this suit in the District Court of Nacogdoches County against J. B. Adoue, H. W. J ones, clerk of the District Court of Dallas County, and W. J. Campbell, sheriff of Nacogdoches County, to enjoin and restrain the said Adoue and Campbell from selling certain land belonging to appellee which had been levied on under an order of sale and execution issued from, the District Court of Dallas County in cause No. Í606.7 on the docket of said court, styled Adoue v. Bermea Land and Lumber Company et al., and to enjoin said Jones from issuing any other…
