Appeal from a judgment of the superior court for King county, Griffin, J., entered January 17, 1905, upon findings in favor of the plaintiff, after a trial on the merits before the court without a jury, in an action on a building contract.

Respondent brought this action in the court below to recover from appellants damages alleged to have been caused by the faulty construction of a building in Seattle. The cause was tried to the court without a jury. Findings were made in favor of the plaintiff below, and a judgment entered in her favor for the sum of $648. Defendants have appealed.
