In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the plaintiff appeals, as limited by her brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Robbins, J.), dated June 21, 2006, as granted that branch of the motion of the defendant June Ohrnberger which was for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against her on the *544ground that the plaintiff did not sustain a serious injury within the meaning of Insurance Law § 5102 (d).
