KAROHL, Judge.

In this court-tried ease defendant was found guilty of the felonies of rape, burglary in the first degree and assault in the first degree. The court further found defendant to be a persistent offender punishable by sentence to an extended term of imprisonment under § 558.016, in that he was previously convicted of two felonies committed at different times and unrelated to the present charges. The court sentenced defendant to serve thirty years on each conviction, the sentences to run consecutively.
