This diversity case involves a tort libel action arising out of articles published by the defendant, Curtis Publishing Company, in its September 23, 1961, and November 4, 1961, issues of the Saturday Evening Post, which were distributed throughout the country, including Michigan. The case was filed by plaintiff in the Wayne County, Michigan, Circuit Court on March 5, 1963, and was subsequently removed to this Court by both defendants.
