DECUIR, Judge.
LThe defendant-employer, the Town of Iowa (Town), appeals a decision by the Office of Workers’ Compensation Judge (WCJ) finding that the claimant, Curtis Prejean, suffered a work-related accident in September 2006, which aggravated his pre-existing condition and resulted in his becoming disabled from working. The claimant answered the appeal seeking an increase in attorney fees for work necessitated by this appeal. We affirm the decision of the WCJ.
