Goldberg, J.), rendered December 3, 2009, as amended January 19, 2010, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the first degree, and sentencing him, as a second felony drug offender whose prior felony conviction was a violent felony, to an aggregate term of 18 years, unanimously affirmed.
