1Opinion of the Court

Per Curiam,

We are all of opinion that there is no substantial error in the decree from which this appeal was taken; nor do we think that either of the questions presented by the assignments of error requires discussion. They have .been sufficiently considered and correctly disposed of by the court below.. The decree is affirmed on the opinion of its learned president, and the appeal is dismissed at appellant’s costs.
