This suit was brought by Boyd against Floyd & Lee, alleged to be a partnership composed of J. R. Floyd and D..C. Lee. The suit is to recover commissions alleged to have been earned by Boyd as a real-estate dealer, by his services as an agent in producing a purchaser for a certain tract of land and certain timber rights. The jury returned a verdict for the plaintiff, and exceptions were taken to the judgment overruling the defendants’ motion for a new trial.
