This proceeding was commenced by the application of the debtor in possession, Sel-by Farms, Inc. (“Debtor”), for authority to sell certain timberland and mineral rights free and clear of any interest in such property pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 363(f). Responsive pleadings were filed by the Bank of Yazoo City (“BYC”), First National Bank of Vicksburg (“First National”), Jackson Production Credit Association (“Production Credit”) and by Jones & Upchurch, Inc.
