In an action to recover damages for medical malpractice, etc., the plaintiffs appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (DiBlasi, J.), dated August 5, 2003, which, *810upon a jury verdict and upon an order of the same court dated May 22, 2003, denying their motion pursuant to CPLR 4404 (a) to set aside the verdict, is in favor of the defendants Yonkers General Hospital, Christine Sosenko-Porytko, Hema Santhanam, Christopher Melcer, and Westchester Emergency Medical Center, EC., and against them dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against those defendants.
