STATEMENT OF THE CASE
On September 19, 1980, Harrold’s Hatchery and Poultry Farms, Inc. (Debtor) filed its voluntary petition under Chapter 11 of Title 11 of the United States Code. On December 19,-1980, the Debtor filed its conversion to Chapter 7 of Title 11, and James E. McDonald, Jr. (Trustee) was appointed trustee of the bankruptcy estate.
