Appellant Petrolite Corporation appeals from a final judgment entered on a jury verdict, awarding Fred G. Brown, d/b/a National Parakleen Company (“Brown”) and Micro-Bac International, Inc. (“Micro-Bac”) (sometimes collectively “the appel-lees”) actual and exemplary damages for Petrolite’s tortious conduct.
