Appellant, Lloyd Webre, appeals the trial court’s dismissal of his suit pursuant to a plea to the jurisdiction filed by appel-lees, Robert Wayne Sneed, James H. Tichenor, Fred Wolgel, James F. O’Donnell, Texas United Corporation (“Texas United”), and United Salt Corporation (“United Salt”).
