The plaintiff is a judgment creditor of George Remersohnider on a judgment recovered in January, 1862, upon a debt contracted in October, 1860. He seeks to reach certain premises conveyed in June, 1861, by George Remerscbnider to one Egiler, and by Egiler ‘to Catharine Remerschnider, the wife of George. From the facts found by the court at Special Term, it appears in substance, that in 1854 George, then a widower of 53, owned the premises in question, which were then worth about $700, and was in debt about the same amount.
