(after stating the facts). Section 24b of the bankruptcy act of July 1, 1898, c. 541, 30 Stat. 553 [U. S. Comp. St. 1901, p. 3132], gives the Circuit Courts of Appeals authority to superintend and revise in matters of law the proceedings of the several inferior courts of bankruptcy within their jurisdiction. It was intended thereby to provide a summary method for revising the orders and decisions of courts of bankruptcy upon questions of law, and the section does not contemplate any review of facts.
