On August 14, 1933, the Superintendent of Insurance was, by order of this court, directed to rehabilitate the above-named corporation in accordance with article XI of the Insurance Law.
The company had deposited with the Marine Trust Company of Buffalo prior to the order of rehabilitation certain bonds and mortgages and issued against the same certain certificates of mortgage indebtedness in series.
