Court of Appeals of Arkansas
1Opinion of the Court
George K. Cracraft, Judge.
James Earl Phillips appeals from his conviction by jury of the crime of negligent homicide as defined in Ark. Stat. Ann. § 41-1505 and § 41-203 (Repl. 1977).
