OPINION OF THE COURT

Urging the court to act in the best interests of the children, even if it lacks personal and/or subject matter jurisdiction ("Just because she has the law on her side, doesn’t make it right”),1 Petitioner requests that the Respondent’s motion to dismiss on jurisdictional grounds be denied.
