The appellants, John Wrobel and Antonina Wrobel, husband and wife, filed their bill in the superior court of Cook county against Josef Wojtasiek, appellee, for the specific performance of a contract for an exchange of real estate. The defendant answered and filed a cross-bill to cancel the contract as a cloud on his title. The cross-bill was answered and the cause was referred to a master, who reported the evidence with his findings and conclusions, recommending a decree granting the relief prayed for in the bill and dismissing the cross-bill for want of equity.
