^During the last year of his life, Joseph Robert Cook (“Joseph”) executed a will leaving the entirety of his estate to his daughter, Elizabeth Dianne Cook (“Dianne”), and in the alternative, his housekeeper, His sons, Robert Cook (“Robert”) and David Cook (“David”), filed *425suit to invalidate the will on the grounds of undue influence by Dianne. - Finding clear and convincing evidence of undue influence by Dianne over her father, the trial court invalidated the will.
