Emma Nofftz filed her bill in the circuit court of Champaign county March 28, 1917, for the purpose of establishing a deed alleged to have been made by Albert Nofftz and Caroline Nofftz, his wife, and in her bill alleged that by the deed sought to be established there was conveyed to her in fee simple, subject to a life estate, the southwest quarter of section 19, in township 18, north, range 8, east of the third principal meridian, in the county of Champaign, Illinois.
