— Affirming.. The appellant, Albert Dnnbar, was indicted in tbe court below under Kentucky Statutes, section 1162, for feloniously stealing and taking from the ladies’ waiting room of the Calloway county courthouse and appropriating to bis own use a mirror of value, tbe property of tbe county. Appellant’s trial under tbe indictment resulted in a verdict from tbe jury finding him guilty and fixing bis punishment at confinement for two years in tbe penitentiary. He was refused a new trial and has appealed from tbe judgment entered on tbe verdict.
