INTRODUCTION

The trustee herein, through counsel, moved to confirm his First Amended Plan of Reorganization; this matter was brought on for hearing on December 29, 1981, at 10:00 o’clock a. m. The only written objection to confirmation was filed by Lloyd Love, on behalf of the debtor, as its attorney.
