Affirming-

Nancy Brown sought by this action to quiet her title to a one-eleventh remainder interest in the coal, minerals, property rights, and privileges in a tract of 507 acres of land, and from the judgment dismissing her petition she has prosecuted this appeal.

Mrs. Brown was formerly a Miss Newman, and this land in question formerly belonged to her father, R. H. Newman, who conveyed it to his wife, Juda Newman, on August 1, 1890. Juda Newman died intestate in 1896, leaving 12 children and her husband R. H. Newman, as the heirs at law and distributees…
