Grice, Justice.
In special ground 1 of his motion for new trial, the movant makes the contention that the court erred in overruling his challenge to the array of jurors. He also excepted pendente lite to the same ruling, and assigned error thereon in his bill of exceptions. The basis of the challenge, the response of the State thereto, and a stipulation as to the facts with respect thereto are fully set forth in the report immediately preceding this opinion.
