Defendant Terry Matthew Pittman was convicted of one count of indecent behavior with juveniles, one count of molestation of a juvenile under the age of 13 and one count of pornography involving juveniles. For the conviction of indecent behavior with juveniles, the trial court sentenced Defendant to serve five years at hard labor and a fine of $2,500. For the conviction of molestation of a juvenile under the age of 13, the trial court sentenced Defendant to serve 60 years at hard labor, 25 of which will be served without benefit of probation, parole or suspension of sentence.
