THIS MATTER is before the Court on Defendant’s Motion to Suppress Evidence and Statements, filed January 24, 2013. (Doe. 36). Having carefully considered the submissions of counsel, and the evidence adduced at the March 4, 2013 hearing, and being otherwise fully advised, the Court GRANTS Defendant’s motion.
