The action was commenced by foreign attachment, but by stipulation of counsel the claims of the Hahnemann Hospital as well as of several physicians are to be included in a single statement and the case proceeded with as if an ordinary action of assumpsit. Accordingly, plaintiff’s statement of claim was filed, setting forth in substance the following facts:
